On December 17th, Jinshi Data reported that HUITIAN THERMAL POWER announced that during the remaining heating period of 2024-2025, it plans to sell approximately 32,000 tons of coal powder to Shendong Thermal Power through its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiahui Materials, with an estimated total transaction amount of about 50 million yuan at the current price of 1,550 yuan/ton. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction, accounting for 28.84% of the company's most recent audited net assets. The transaction aims to enhance the scale efficiency of the company's coal procurement, ensure the safety of coal supply for entrusted enterprises, and ensure the stable operation of winter heating for people's livelihoods
