According to the announcement from ZHONGLI GROUP (002309.SZ), the company has been approved to implement a reorganization plan, which will result in a change of the company's controlling shareholder from Mr. Wang Baixing to Changshu Guangsheng New Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guangsheng New Energy"). The actual controller of the company will change from Mr. Wang Baixing to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Xiamen Municipal People's Government
