# Huangshanghuang: Termination of planning to acquire controlling stake in Zhancui Food

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Huangshanghuang (002695.SZ) announced that it previously disclosed plans to invest in acquiring a controlling stake in Guangdong Zhancui Food Co., Ltd. ("Zhancui Food"). As of the date of this announcement, due to the inability to reach an agreement on the relevant terms regarding the acquisition of the controlling stake between the company and the controlling shareholder of the target of this transaction, the company has decided to terminate the planning of this acquisition of Zhancui Food's controlling stake
