Based on the number of shares after deducting the shares held in the company's repurchase special account from the total share capital registered on the equity registration date of this special dividend plan, a cash dividend of 1.2 yuan (including tax) will be distributed for every 10 shares. The equity registration date is 2024/12/26, and the ex-dividend date is 2024/12/27
