# Zhejiang Yunzhongma: Zhejiang Yunzhongma Partners plan to transfer 5.32% of shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Zhejiang Yunzhongma (603130.SH) announced that its shareholder Lishui Yunzhongma Investment Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Yunzhongma Partnership") signed a "Share Transfer Agreement regarding Zhejiang Yunzhongma Co., Ltd." with Zhejiang Hongyue Private Fund Management Co., Ltd. (representing "Hongyue Xingfeng No. 1 Private Securities Investment Fund", referred to as "Hongyue Private Fund") on December 18, 2024. The Yunzhongma Partnership will transfer its 7.3207 million unrestricted circulating shares (accounting for 5.32% of the company's total share capital) to Hongyue Private Fund at a price of RMB 141 million through a negotiated transfer
