# The controlling shareholder of XINXING PIPES plans to increase its stake in the company by 150 million to 300 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, XINXING PIPES (000778.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder, XINXING JIHUA GROUP CO., LTD. ("XINXING JIHUA GROUP"), based on confidence in the future development prospects of XINXING PIPES and recognition of its medium- to long-term value, plans to increase its shareholding in XINXING PIPES A-shares within 6 months from the date of this shareholding increase announcement, through methods permitted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (centralized bidding or block trading), with a total increase amount not less than RMB 150 million (inclusive) and not exceeding RMB 300 million (inclusive), and not exceeding 2% of the total share capital of the listed company
