# The controlling shareholder of Waigaoqiao and its concerted parties have cumulatively increased their holdings by 2%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Waigaoqiao (600648.SH) announced that its controlling shareholder Shanghai Waigaoqiao Asset Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Waizigan Company") and its concerted party Xinyi (Hong Kong) Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xinyi Hong Kong") will cumulatively increase their holdings of A-shares by 15.6369 million shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange system via centralized bidding from December 28, 2023, to December 20, 2024, with an increase amount of RMB 183 million; they will also increase their holdings of B-shares by 7.0701 million shares, with an increase amount of USD 5.1005 million; the total increase in shares accounts for 2.00% of the company's total share capital
