# TIANJIN PENGLING plans to establish a holding subsidiary, Hualiang Zhiyu, with Shanghai Kunli

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, TIANJIN PENGLING (300375.SZ) stated that the company plans to jointly invest RMB 30 million with its related party Shanghai Kunli Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Shanghai Kunli") to establish a holding subsidiary named Shanghai Hualing Zhiyu Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. (tentative name, referred to as "Hualing Zhiyu"). Among them, the company plans to invest RMB 24 million from its own funds, holding 80% of Hualing Zhiyu's equity; Shanghai Kunli plans to invest RMB 6 million, holding 20% of Hualing Zhiyu's equity.

According to the announcement, in order to promote the stable and rapid development of the company's thermal management system project, consolidate the core technology team of the project, achieve early sales of products in the target market, and form a sustainable development model where the company, management, and employees share risks and benefits and grow together, the company established Shanghai Kunli as an employee stock ownership platform to invest in Hualing Zhiyu
