(referred to as "Sanan Group") and its concerted party Quanzhou Shenghui Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shenghui Investment") plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 10.8091 million shares through centralized bidding and/or block trading, accounting for 3.0000% of the company's total share capital (after excluding the number of shares in the company's repurchase special account)
