As of the time of publication, according to incomplete statistics, this week, 23 A-share listed companies including Industrial Bank, Jinghua Micro, YNYW, Zhejiang Energy Power, COSCO Shipping Holdings, FAW Jiefang, Xiangyuan Cultural Tourism, Shengnong Development, Fuhuang, Jinhui Co., Ltd., Huhua Co., Ltd., Yunsai Zhili, WELLTECH, Guocheng Mining, Jianfa Co., Ltd., Tianjin Investment City Development, Shennong Co., Ltd., Mu Si Co., Ltd., Energy Saving Wind Power, Huaihe Energy, Neusoft Group, Longjiang Transportation, and Chongqing Port have disclosed the latest announcements on mergers and acquisitions and restructuring progress. Among them, YNYW announced plans to purchase 100% equity of Honghe Power Generation, with the stock resuming trading on December 23.
