# Talant Optronics: Anhui Jiguan plans to increase capital and introduce investors Yiming Investment and Yisi Investment

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Talant Optronics (301045.SZ) announced that on December 24, 2024, Suzhou Yiming New Materials Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Yiming Investment") and Suzhou Yisi Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Yisi Investment") jointly signed the "Capital Increase Agreement for Anhui Jiguang New Materials Co., Ltd." with shareholders of Anhui Jiguang and other parties. The agreement stipulates that Yiming Investment and Yisi Investment will each invest 30 million yuan in Anhui Jiguang, subscribing to an additional registered capital of 26.1768 million yuan. This time, Anhui Jiguang will increase its registered capital by 52.3535 million yuan, and the original shareholders of Anhui Jiguang agree to and confirm the waiver of their preferential subscription rights for this additional registered capital.

Through this capital increase and the introduction of investors, Anhui Jiguang can expand its capital strength, which is beneficial for promoting the construction process of the TAC film project. At the same time, the introduction of external investors is also conducive to optimizing the equity structure and improving internal governance
