# SHENZHEN STRONGTEAM DECORATION ENGINEERING plans to invest 200 million yuan in a partnership to invest in the semiconductor industry

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Zhongtian Decoration (002989.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhongtian Jingyi plans to establish Zhongjing Xinjie in collaboration with Dongyang Changwen, Hainan Zhongjing Dayou, Yunhu Technology, Weisheng Yusi, and Yu Si Management through monetary capital contributions. The planned contribution amount for Zhongjing Xinjie is 1.151 billion yuan, of which Zhongtian Jingyi, as a limited partner, intends to contribute 200 million yuan, accounting for 17.38% of the total subscribed capital of Zhongjing Xinjie.

This partnership is established as an investment platform to participate in high-growth targets within the semiconductor industry. This investment aims to ensure sufficient operational funds while focusing on strategic emerging industries and future industries through the subscription of industrial fund shares, leveraging the industry experience and resource integration capabilities of each partner. Its core purpose is to further optimize and strengthen the company's industrial structure and investment layout in the advanced packaging field of semiconductors, building potential profit growth points for the future, thereby enhancing the company's overall competitiveness. This initiative aims to effectively promote the company's business transformation and upgrading process, actively seeking and constructing the company's second growth curve, in line with the company's overall development strategy
