# Expand investment channels, Monalisa's subsidiary plans to invest 10 million yuan in Qingdao Hunpu Huaxin Phase 10

According to the announcement from Monalisa (002918.SZ), its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangdong Monalisa Investment Management Co., Ltd. ("Monalisa Investment") signed the Partnership Agreement of Qingdao Hunpu Huaxin Phase Ten Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) on December 25, 2024, with the professional investment institution Qingdao Jinyu Hunpu Private Fund Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) ("Jinyu Hunpu Private Fund") and other limited partners. Monalisa Investment, as a limited partner, subscribed to the fund shares of Qingdao Hunpu Huaxin Phase Ten Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) with its own funds, with a subscribed capital contribution amount of RMB 10 million, accounting for 28.0034% of the total contribution.

According to the announcement, the partnership primarily invests in: equity of Quanxin Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd.; equity of Jiangsu Hengcheng Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd.; equity of unlisted companies in the semiconductor industry; indirect investments in the aforementioned target companies through special funds established by this manager or other managers; temporary investments: for cash management purposes, investments in bank demand deposits, bank time deposits, bank wealth management products, central bank bills, policy financial bonds, government bonds, money market funds, etc
