# LYZY received a value-added tax refund of 28.7867 million yuan

According to the announcement from ZhiTong Finance APP, LYZY (688196.SH) announced that, in accordance with the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation's "Announcement on Improving the Value-Added Tax Policy for Comprehensive Resource Utilization" (Announcement No. 40 of 2021), the company can enjoy the immediate refund policy for value-added tax on the sale of self-produced comprehensive resource utilization products, with a refund rate of 70%. The company recently received a value-added tax refund of 28.7867 million yuan for the period ending in May 2024. This amount has reached 36.62% of the company's audited net profit for the year 2023, and the company disclosed this information in accordance with relevant disclosure rules
