CHANT GROUP announced that Beijing Zhongke Hongyuan Information Technology Co., Ltd. intends to acquire 37,098,130 non-restricted circulating shares held by the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and concerted actors He Qiqiang and Mai Zhenghui through a negotiated transfer, accounting for 5% of the company's total shares.
