# WYZK plans to acquire a 9% equity stake in Shenzhen Youdian held by Weichuang Huafu

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, WYZK (300420.SZ) announced that the company plans to acquire 9% equity (unpaid capital contribution) of Shenzhen Youdian Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shenzhen Youdian") held by Shenzhen Weichuang Huafu Investment Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Weichuang Huafu") for 0 yuan. After completing the relevant industrial and commercial registration procedures, WYZK will contribute 4.5 million yuan according to the subscribed capital contribution ratio of the target company's registered capital.

The announcement shows that Shenzhen Youdian is currently in the startup phase. As Youdian makes substantial progress in technology, products, and market, it plans to enter a rapid development phase, making it particularly important to introduce influential strategic investors.
