# WFDSJ: Shareholder Zheng Suzheng's 275 million shares will be auctioned off judicially

WFDSJ announced that as of the disclosure date of the announcement, Ms. Zheng Su-zhen, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, holds 275 million unrestricted circulating shares of the company, accounting for 14.88% of the company's total share capital. The shares to be auctioned judicially this time account for 100% of her holdings in the company.
