# CCA's profit distribution for the third quarter of 2024: plans to distribute RMB 0.30 per share

According to the announcement from CCA (603100.SH), the 50th meeting of the fifth board of directors has approved the proposal regarding the profit distribution plan for the third quarter of 2024. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 0.30 per share (including tax) to shareholders based on the total share capital registered on the record date for the equity distribution, after deducting the number of shares held by the company through the repurchase special account that do not participate in this profit distribution
