JC TECHNOLOGY announced that the company plans to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 3 for every 10 shares in the profit distribution plan for the first three quarters of 2024. As of the announcement date, the company's total share capital is 400 million shares, and the total cash dividend to be distributed is RMB 120 million. If there is a change in the total share capital of the company before the equity registration date for the distribution of rights, the company plans to maintain the total cash dividend amount unchanged and will adjust the cash dividend amount per share accordingly. This plan must be submitted for approval at the first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 before it can be implemented
