According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ECEC (002140.SZ) announced that the company has supplementary elected Meng Chen Zhou as a candidate for the non-independent director of the eighth board of directors, with a term consistent with that of the eighth board.

The company has appointed Meng Chen Zhou as the general manager, with a term consistent with that of the eighth board. After being transferred to the general manager, Meng Chen Zhou will no longer hold the position of deputy general manager of the company
