# HONGDA BLASTING plans to appoint Zhang Gengcheng as general manager

According to the announcement from Guangdong Hongda (002683.SZ), based on the company's "Rotating General Manager Management System" regulations, the current rotating general manager serves as the company's general manager for a term of one year, with the rotation date set for January 1 each year. The current general manager, Xie Shoudong, is nearing the end of his term and will no longer serve as general manager after his term ends, but will remain as the rotating general manager.
