According to the announcement from AAA PUBLIC (600979.SH), on December 27, 2024, the company's seventh board of directors held its twenty-fifth meeting and approved the proposal to terminate the capital increase and share expansion contract and related transactions with Aizhong New Energy. The newly introduced shareholders were unable to fulfill the corresponding asset contributions and capital increase payments as stipulated in the contract due to policy obstacles and other force majeure reasons.
