# ZALL SMARTCOM: Seller D has completed the sale of 66.6776 million shares of unlifted consideration shares

According to the announcement from ZALL SMARTCOM (02098), Seller D, after considering the prevailing market conditions (including the company's share price and trading volume) at the time, sold a total of 66,677,600 unredeemed consideration shares to the aforementioned independent third-party buyer at a price of HKD 0.25 per share, based on the agreement signed on December 20, 2024.
