According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, BO YUAN (301617.SZ) announced that the company's board of directors has proposed the following profit distribution plan: based on the total share capital on the day the board of directors reviews the profit distribution plan, a cash dividend of RMB 3 (including tax) will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with a total cash dividend of RMB 30.84 million (including tax) to be distributed, no bonus shares will be issued, and no capital reserve will be converted into share capital
