# BEZ appoints Zhang Yuwei as President

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BEZ (600658.SH) announced that on January 25, 2024, the company will hold the 26th meeting of the 12th Board of Directors to review and approve the "Proposal for the Appointment of Directors." The company's Board of Directors agreed that Mr. Qi Zhanyong will act as the president until the Board appoints a new president.
