# Senba Sensor has appointed Deng Jing as General Manager

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Senba (300701.SZ) has reported that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from General Manager Lian Wuzhou, who has applied to resign from his position due to personal reasons. Mr. Lian's original term as General Manager was set from the date of approval by the first meeting of the fifth board of directors until the expiration of the fifth board's term. His resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors. After resigning, Mr. Lian will still hold other positions within the company.

To ensure the normal operation of the company's management, the board of directors convened the seventh meeting of the fifth board on December 31, 2024, upon the nomination of Chairman Shan Senlin and the qualification review by the board's nomination committee. The board approved the proposal to appoint Ms. Deng Jing as the company's General Manager, with her term starting from the date of approval by this board meeting until the expiration of the fifth board's term
