# Nan Feng Corporation plans to acquire a 49% stake in Southern Additive and implement capital increase to support its business development

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Nan Feng Corporation (300004.SZ) announced that the company plans to acquire 35% equity held by Zhang Xiuzhu in Southern Additive for 1 yuan, 10% equity held by Shenzhen Dadao Material Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shenzhen Dadao") in Southern Additive for 1 yuan, and 4% equity held by Yang Zhiming in Southern Additive for 1 yuan, totaling 49% equity (corresponding to the subscribed capital contribution of 39.2 million yuan for Southern Additive, of which 34.3 million yuan has been paid, and 4.9 million yuan remains unpaid), and undertake the capital contribution obligations that the above shareholders should pay but have not paid; to increase capital in Southern Additive with its own funds of 50 million yuan. After the acquisition and capital increase are completed, the company will fully support Southern Additive in expanding its 3D printing services and procurement business for nuclear power spare parts, enhancing its market influence in industries such as nuclear power, consumer goods, automotive, military, and aerospace, effectively improving the operating conditions of Southern Additive and enhancing the overall profitability of the company
