# XDC invested 30 million yuan to establish a joint venture company Aisi Communication

According to the announcement from XDC (300615.SZ), due to business development needs, the company has signed a "Joint Venture Agreement" with Dongguan Cloud Pearl Consulting Center (Limited Partnership). The company will establish Dongguan Aisi Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Aisi Communication") in partnership with Dongguan Cloud Pearl Consulting Center (Limited Partnership) using its own funds. The registered capital of Dongguan Aisi Communication Technology Co., Ltd. is RMB 50 million, of which the company contributes RMB 30 million, holding 60% of the shares, while Dongguan Cloud Pearl Consulting Center (Limited Partnership) contributes RMB 20 million, holding 40% of the shares. On December 27, 2024, Aisi Communication completed the industrial and commercial registration procedures and obtained the business license issued by the Dongguan Market Supervision Administration.

The establishment of the joint venture company with other partners is based on the company's future development needs, which will fully leverage the respective advantages of all parties involved, facilitate the establishment of stable cooperative relationships, enhance the company's competitiveness, increase business scale, and promote the company's sustainable and healthy development
