# SUNDIRO HOLDING's subsidiary plans to implement an intelligent coal mining system project for two mines with a total investment of 253 million yuan

According to the announcement from New Dazhou A (000571.SZ), based on the "Three-Year Action Implementation Plan for Promoting Intelligent Construction of Coal Mines in Inner Mongolia" (Inner Mongolia Safety Supervision Document \[2021\] No. 191) and the "Notice on Issuing the \<Assessment and Acceptance Methods for Intelligent Construction of Coal Mines in Inner Mongolia (Trial)> by the Inner Mongolia Energy Bureau and the National Mine Safety Supervision Bureau Inner Mongolia Bureau" (Inner Energy Safety Supervision Document \[2023\] No. 1026), and in conjunction with the actual development situation of Wujiao Group, the company plans to further enhance the equipment level and safety production capacity of its mines. The two mines of its subsidiary Wujiao Group, in which it holds a 51% stake, plan to implement an intelligent coal mining system project. The Wujiao Group Shengli Coal Mine is expected to invest 142 million yuan, and the Yaxing Coal Mine is expected to invest 112 million yuan, with a total estimated investment of 253 million yuan
