T.B Infrastructure's subsidiary plans to sell a property to Emerging Technology Company for a total price of 499 million yuan.

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, T.B Infrastructure (000965.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Tianjin T.B Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "T.B Real Estate") has signed a "Housing Sale Contract" and a "Supplementary Agreement to the Housing Sale Contract" with Tianjin Free Trade Zone Emerging Technology Industry Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Emerging Technology Company"). Both parties have reached a sales intention for the T.B Youth Apartment located at No. 76 South Central Road, Airport Economic Zone, Tianjin. The building area of the property is 115,877.17 square meters, with a total sales price of RMB 499 million. The company has received the first installment of the contract payment amounting to RMB 481 million from Emerging Technology Company on December 31, 2024
