Wisesoft: Sichuan University plans to transfer 6.97% of the company's shares without compensation

Wisesoft announced that, in accordance with national work requirements, Sichuan University plans to transfer its 6.97% stake in Wisesoft (i.e., 15.7248 million shares) to the Sichuan Provincial Department of Finance through a non-compensatory transfer. This transfer requires approval from the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. The Sichuan Provincial Department of Finance intends to invest the 6.97% stake in Wisesoft (i.e., 15.7248 million shares) in the Sichuan Industrial Revitalization Fund Investment Group Co., Ltd. After this transfer, the controlling shareholder and actual controller of Wisesoft will remain unchanged
