According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NAR (002825.SZ) announced that the company's supervisor, Mr. You Zhixin, received an administrative regulatory measure decision letter from the Shanghai Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission regarding the decision to issue a warning letter to You Zhixin.

As a supervisor of the company, his son, You Yetao, engaged in the behavior of selling NAR shares within six months after buying them between November 8 and December 2, 2024. Specifically, on November 8, 2024, he bought 23,700 shares for a transaction amount of 188,400 yuan; on December 2, he sold 23,700 shares for a transaction amount of 192,000 yuan
