# Shenglu Telecom plans to spend between 143 million yuan and 286 million yuan for a buyback, with a repurchase price not exceeding 10.85 yuan per share

According to the announcement from Shenglu Telecom (002446.SZ), the company plans to use its own funds and special loan funds for stock repurchase to repurchase a portion of the A-shares issued by the company through centralized bidding transactions. The repurchased shares are intended to be used for implementing an employee stock ownership plan or equity incentive plan. The total amount of funds for this repurchase will not be less than RMB 143 million (inclusive) and not exceed RMB 286 million (inclusive), with a repurchase price not exceeding RMB 10.85 per share (inclusive). The implementation period for the repurchase of shares is within twelve months from the date the company's board of directors approves the repurchase plan
