# Arrow plans to repurchase company shares for 50 million to 100 million yuan

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Arrow (001322.SZ) plans to use its own funds and a special loan for repurchase to buy back some of the company's publicly held shares through centralized bidding. The repurchased shares will be used to implement an equity incentive plan or an employee stock ownership plan. The total amount of funds for the repurchase will not be less than RMB 50 million (inclusive) and not exceed RMB 100 million (inclusive), with the repurchase price not exceeding RMB 12.62 per share. The repurchase period will not exceed 12 months from the date the company's board of directors approves the repurchase plan
