# SFY: SFY Investment has completed the equity sale transaction and no longer holds shares in Minsheng Securities

On January 7th, Jinshi Data reported that SFY announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, SFY Investment, signed a "Share Issuance Purchase Asset Agreement" with Guolian Sec. SFY Investment plans to sell 294 million shares of Minsheng Securities to Guolian Sec for a price of 768 million yuan and will accept the issuance of 68.7382 million A shares by Guolian Sec as consideration. Recently, the registration procedures for the newly added shares in this transaction have been completed at the Shanghai branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited. SFY Investment now holds 68.7382 million shares of Guolian Sec, accounting for 1.26% of Guolian Sec's total share capital, and no longer holds shares of Minsheng Securities
