# TECHSHINE plans to invest 50 million yuan to establish Wuhan Dingdian, focusing on the electronic industry

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, TECHSHINE (301379.SZ) plans to jointly initiate the establishment of "Wuhan Dingdian Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership)" (tentative name) with Zhongshuneng (Beijing) Computer Co., Ltd., Shanghai Ruide Electronics Co., Ltd., and Wuhan Hongtao Private Fund Management Partnership (Limited Partnership).

As indicated in the announcement, the total subscribed capital of this partnership is aimed at RMB 59.1 million, with its main business being investment, focusing on technology companies with core technologies and competitiveness, particularly in the electronics industry. The company intends to participate in the investment of the partnership as a limited partner with its own funds of RMB 50 million, accounting for 84.6024% of the total subscribed capital
