On the evening of January 7th, TECHSHINE announced that the company plans to jointly initiate the establishment of "Wuhan Dingdian Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership" with Zhongshuneng Computer Co., Ltd., Shanghai Ruide Electronics Co., Ltd., and Wuhan Hongtao Private Fund Management Partnership. The total target subscription amount of the partnership is 59.1 million yuan, with investment directed towards technology companies that possess core technologies and competitiveness, focusing primarily on the electronics industry. The company plans to subscribe for 50 million yuan, accounting for 84.60% of the total subscription amount
