According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Senba (300701.SZ) announced that one of the actual controllers, the concerted actor Shanghai Tongyi Investment Management Co., Ltd. - Tongyi Kangteng No. 8 Private Securities Investment Fund (referred to as "Kangteng No. 8") and the Dan Ying Plan will collectively reduce their holdings in the company by no more than 7.7059 million shares, which is no more than 2.73% of the company's total share capital
