# HOOTECH: Some shareholders collectively reduced their holdings by 70,000 shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HOOTECH (301026.SZ) announced that the company recently received a "Notice of Completion of Share Reduction Plan" from Zhu Feng and a "Notice of Early Termination of Share Reduction Plan" from Xia Jun and Broadcom. As of the date of this announcement, Zhu Feng's share reduction plan has been completed; Xia Jun and Broadcom have decided to terminate this reduction plan early, and the shares that have not been reduced will no longer be reduced within the planned reduction period. Broadcom reduced 45,000 shares, and Zhu Feng reduced 25,000 shares
