# Feitian's major shareholder Lu Zhou has reduced his holdings by a cumulative total of 1%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Feitian (300386.SZ) stated that on January 9, 2025, the company received a "Notice of Share Reduction Accumulating to 1%" from Mr. Lu Zhou, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares. From November 21, 2024, to January 8, 2025, the cumulative share reduction ratio reached 1% of the company's total share capital
