# Hualan Vac Chief Financial Officer Lv Chengyu resigns

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Hualan Vac (301207.SZ) announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from Mr. Lv Chengyu, the company's board secretary and chief financial officer. Mr. Lv Chengyu resigned from his positions as board secretary and chief financial officer for personal reasons, and after his resignation, he will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries. Mr. Lv Chengyu's resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors.

The company's board of directors agreed to appoint Ms. An Wenjue, a director and general manager, to act as the board secretary and chief financial officer until a new board secretary and chief financial officer are appointed
