RONGJI SOFTWARE announced that on January 9, 2025, it received a decision from the Fujian Securities Regulatory Bureau regarding the "Order for Fujian RONGJI Software Co., Ltd. to Correct Violations and Regulatory Talks with Lu Feng, Wan Xiaoxiong, and Zhen Qianjin." The decision stated that the contract amount signed by the company's subsidiary RONGJI Engineering with Tianhe Construction was changed from 151 million yuan to 99.6839 million yuan, and it failed to fulfill its obligation to disclose information in a timely manner, violating relevant regulations. At the same time, RONGJI Engineering delayed the transfer of the R&D building to fixed assets until August 31, 2022, resulting in underreported depreciation expenses for 2022, which violated the relevant provisions of the "Enterprise Accounting Standards."
