# Baodi Mining: Plans to acquire 87% equity in Congling Energy and raise matching funds, stock will resume trading on January 13

36Kr learned that Baodi Mining announced that the company plans to purchase 82% equity of Xinjiang Congling Energy Co., Ltd. from Kexian Congling Industrial Co., Ltd. through the issuance of shares and cash payment, purchase 5% equity of Congling Energy from JAAN INVESTMENTS CO.LTD., and issue shares to raise matching funds from no more than 35 specific investors who meet the conditions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. After applying to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the company's stock will resume trading on January 13, 2025 (Monday). As of the date of signing this plan, the audit and evaluation work of the target assets for this transaction has not been completed, and the valuation and transaction price of the target assets have not been determined
