According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Guanhao Biotech (300238.SZ) announced that the company's board of directors recently received a resignation letter submitted by Mr. Zhang Yongming. Mr. Zhang Yongming has applied to resign from the position of general manager of the company. After his resignation, Mr. Zhang Yongming will continue to serve as the chairman of the sixth board of directors, chairman of the strategic committee, member of the nomination committee, and member of the compensation and assessment committee.
