# DZT: The repurchase price limit is adjusted to RMB 11.7 per share

DZT announced that the company will hold the fifth meeting of the eleventh board of directors on January 9, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on adjusting the share repurchase plan. This adjustment changes the upper limit of the repurchase price from "no more than RMB 3.96 per share" to "no more than RMB 11.7 per share," and the source of repurchase funds from "the company's own funds" to "the company's own funds and/or self-raised funds." The total amount of repurchase funds will not be less than RMB 50 million and not exceed RMB 100 million, with an estimated repurchase quantity of approximately 4.2735 million shares to 8.547 million shares, accounting for about 0.18% to 0.36% of the company's total share capital. This share repurchase plan has been approved by more than two-thirds of the directors present at the board meeting and does not need to be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for review
