# Sailvan Times' controlling shareholder JunTeng Investment plans to spend between 43 million yuan and 85 million yuan to increase its holdings

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Sailvan Times (301381.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder Xiong'an Jun Teng Venture Capital Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jun Teng Investment") plans to increase its holdings of the company's A-shares through centralized bidding within 6 months from the date of this announcement. The total amount of the increase will not be less than (including) RMB 43 million and not more than (including) RMB 85 million. The purchase price will not exceed RMB 28 per share (including this amount). Jun Teng Investment has obtained a special loan commitment letter issued by the Shenzhen branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, which provides special loan funds of RMB 76 million for Jun Teng Investment to increase its holdings in the company
