According to the announcement from Sinophorus (688545.SH), after the activation of the reallocation mechanism, the final issuance quantity for offline subscriptions was 44.595064 million shares, accounting for 61.19% of the issuance quantity after deducting the final strategic placement quantity; the final issuance quantity for online subscriptions was 28.2885 million shares, accounting for 38.81% of the issuance quantity after deducting the final strategic placement quantity. After the activation of the reallocation mechanism, the final winning rate for online subscriptions was 0.03877818%
