ClinPlus: The actual controller plans to increase holdings by 6 million to 9 million yuan

ClinPlus announced that the actual controller Mr. Lai Chunbao, based on his recognition of the company's intrinsic value and firm confidence in its future sustainable and healthy development, plans to increase his shareholding in the company within 6 months from the announcement date of this increase plan, through methods including but not limited to centralized bidding and block trading. The amount of the increase plan will not be less than RMB 6 million and not exceed RMB 9 million. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Lai Chunbao directly holds 4.6481 million shares of the company, accounting for 5.85% of the total share capital; he indirectly holds 21.171 million shares of the company through Shihezi City Xitai Equity Investment Partnership and Shihezi City Ruixin Equity Investment Partnership, accounting for 26.63% of the total share capital. Mr. Yang Hongwei, a person acting in concert with Mr. Lai Chunbao, holds 5.85 million shares of the company through Shihezi City Ruize Sheng Equity Investment Co., Ltd., accounting for 7.36% of the total share capital. Mr. Lai Chunbao and the aforementioned persons acting in concert collectively hold 31.6692 million shares of the company, accounting for 39.83% of the total share capital
