According to the announcement from Beiyuan Group (601568.SH), Hengyuan Investment plans to reduce its holdings of no more than 79.444 million shares of the company, which is no more than 2% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement. The reduction will be conducted through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system via block trading, and the total number of shares reduced through block trading within any consecutive 90 days shall not exceed 2% of the company's total share capital. The reduction price will be determined based on market prices
