# Sailvan Times shareholder Xinrui Jitai has cumulatively reduced its holdings by 1.32%, with the shareholding ratio falling below 5%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Sailvan Times (301381.SZ) announced that its shareholder Xiamen Xinrui Jitai Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Xinrui Jitai") will reduce its holdings of the company's shares by a total of 5.288 million shares through centralized bidding from December 24, 2024, to January 14, 2025, accounting for 1.32% of the company's total share capital. After this equity change, Xinrui Jitai will hold 4.99998% of the company's total share capital
